Frequently Asked Questions

  • We physically inspect every paddle and assign a grade from S to D. Grade S means unused or open box with no wear at all. Grade A means like new with only light marks, face and edge fully intact, no dead spots. Grade B means it's been played with and shows normal wear but has no structural issues and performs great. Grade C has visible cosmetic wear and the grip probably needs replacing, but it's still fully playable. Grade D has heavy cosmetic damage and may have minor dead spots, but works fine for practice or casual play. We photograph every angle so you can see exactly what you're getting before you buy

  • We're open to reasonable offers. Text us at (954) 504-1902 or reach out through the Contact page with the paddle you're interested in and your offer. We'll get back to you quickly. We don't accept trades at this time, cash only.

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay through our secure checkout.

  • Yes. We only source from individual sellers, not bulk liquidators or overseas wholesalers. We check branding placement, build quality, and overall feel against what we know from handling these paddles regularly. If something feels off, we don't list it. We're also extra cautious with brands like JOOLA that have high counterfeit rates in the resale market. If we receive a paddle and suspect it's counterfeit or the condition was significantly misrepresented by the seller, we return it and it never makes it to our shop.

  • Paddles ship with whatever grip is currently on them. If a grip is worn, we note it in the listing and grade accordingly. If you'd like a fresh overgrip installed before we ship, we offer that for $10. Just add a note at checkout

  • We look at what the paddle retails for new, what similar paddles are selling for in the used market, the condition grade, and current demand. You get the same paddle at a fraction of the cost.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Most paddles ship via USPS Ground Advantage within 1 business day of purchase. Local pickup is also available in Hollywood, FL. Text us at (954) 504-1902 to arrange a time and meeting spot.

  • No. Manufacturer warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original buyer. That said, every paddle is inspected and honestly graded before listing so there are no surprises. If something arrives significantly different from the listing, contact us and we'll make it right.
